Jo verifies your insurance and writes down your out-of-pocket number before you sit in a chair. That number is the number. If we find something mid-visit, we stop, show you, and re-quote before touching anything.

Every X-ray and intra-oral photo goes on the screen in front of you, and we point at the actual problem. "Trust me, it needs a crown" is not a treatment plan.

Watch-and-wait is a real option and we recommend it often. If a filling can safely hold for another year, we'll say so — and write it down so the next hygienist checks it.
